Career development and wellbeing are both areas we are committed to for our employees, so it’s great to know these made a positive impact during your time here. We’re also grateful for your honesty about the challenges. Recruitment can at times feel fast-paced and high‑volume. Whilst we encourage in-person meetings with candidates and clients, this is not always possible and therefore a lot of our day to day activities are phone based. Being able to connect with candidates and clients over the phone is a fundamental part of the recruitment process. That being said, we are continually looking for ways we can improve our working environment and have taken your feedback on board.
