Pros

Honestly the best company I've ever worked for. Every company is going to have it's issues but this companies "issues" are minor in comparison to other companies. I am proud to be a employee for Process & Power. * Doesn't micro manage * Great and friendly coworkers * Excellent pay * Promotes and encourages additional training * Amazing and friendly atmosphere * Addresses concerns when you talk to management *Holiday pay * Vacation time * Very flexible and understanding when it comes to life happens situations * Strong and consistent belief in working in a safe environment

Cons

*Insurance is not great but in all reality I don't blame the company for this. Amazing insurance is hard to come by for any company. ** Company sometimes needs to be a little tougher on disciplinary action in my opinion. They do not sweep things under the rug but they give a lot of chances

Pros

A very easy work environment in the office. The best atmosphere I have ever experienced at a job! You don't really feel like you are at work, other than having to take care of your customers (which is what you put into it).

Cons

The drive in may be the worst part, but thats Memphis... Took a little long to hire me, but be patient. If they like you, they will call back.

Pros

The pay and the hours

Cons

Double standards are their main issue here. One employee will be told that something is wrong while another employee is allowed to continue doing the same thing with no problem. Management is untrained and they have no idea how to be real managers. Yes, they may have been great in their daily roles but that does not mean they will be a good manager without proper training. Communication is absolutely horrible from the top down. You will be told how to do one thing today and then will be told that wasn’t the expectation the very next day. Be prepared to find out about a part of your job that you were completely unaware of about 6 months after you start and be able to explain why it is incomplete even though you never knew about it.
