When I came in for the interview, I presented in conference room in front of the management team along with some of the other sales engineers. The process took about an hour.

They will ask if you are familiar with Ingersoll Rand along with some of the pump styles that they offer.

Interview
The interview is based on your personality and really has nothing to do with your skills. You will meet one on one with a manager. References and skills did not seem to phase him, but seemed to only be if I had any issues with frequent trips. As a note, the trips are at your expense for the most part. They provide you with a scummy hotel that looks worse than the shady "hourly" hotels. Pretty scary. More attention should be directed to the skill and/or potential of an employee. You may be told a little about the bonus program, but that is more of a carrot. It changes constantly before it can be attained.

Questions regarding weather or not you have issues going on trips that are male only for "strengthening" of relationships. Ladies and wives are not invited. It is very awkward to have a company still work with that type of attitude.
