Pros

Flexible schedule, some of my coworkers were great

Cons

Criminally low salary. Turnover on the sales team resulted in doing other people's work with no returns. Overpromised and underdelivered in the interview process.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that the flexible schedule was something you valued and that your co-workers were great as well. (We think they are pretty great as well!) We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the salary that was offered. We share the salary for entry-level positions in the very first email invitation for an interview and no later than the very first interview for all positions in an effort to be transparent and upfront. Salary is revisited throughout the recruitment process to ensure that transparency continues long before expecting a position. Sales roles are by design motivated by performance and additional compensation is contingent upon that performance. We do our best to support our team members in achieving all goals set for them but we also expect that they also take the responsibility to work hard to learn about our industry, products, and customers. Thank you again for your feedback. We are committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees. We wish you all the best.

Pros

So far, my experience at Process Street has been really positive. The team is friendly, the people and operations side has been very supportive, and the onboarding process was smooth from the beginning. My manager has been clear with instructions and expectations, and he’s also supportive whenever I need resources or materials to do my work. That’s something I really appreciate. I also enjoy the remote work setup. It’s nice being part of a team that includes people from all over the world, and I think that diversity across cultures and time zones makes the company even better. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far and I’m excited to keep growing, building my career, and working with Process Street for the long term

Cons

I haven’t come across any significant cons yet.

Pros

I'm really happy that this position's a remote one because I won't do well getting criticized and judge all the time and confronted on my face disguised as a performance feedback! I do enjoy being in our team though, they're fun and we have groups chats and do meet ups from time to time.

Cons

The thing that made working here toxic was management's attitude of constantly comparing employees to another employee! It's exhausting to be compared when obviously, there's a lot of favoritism going on, blatantly supporting the other while others were basically ignored! I mean, don't expect us to be performing the same way when we're not provided the same amount of support, the tools, the training, and encouragement like the other did! It's like it's no brainer that the other is actually performing since that person gets a lot of attention, supported, which made him knowledgeable and confident in what he does!! And it actually looks kind of insane to be compared to someone who's getting everything when we don't even get a quarter of what he's getting!!

Thanks for being open about your experience. It’s tough to hear that you felt unsupported or that the feedback process didn't feel fair - that’s definitely not the environment we want to build. We’re looking into how we handle performance reviews and support our team so we can do better for everyone here. We appreciate you speaking up.
