Pros

Overall: Great! The position is remote but the onboarding process is second to none. Before day one, you receive support and your questions are answered quickly. Ashley in HR is very quick to assist if you need anything to get set up and ready. The company has a great team, all of whom are highly motivated. When you attend meetings with Process Street, each employee wants to contribute and give their thoughts to the topic of conversation. The company is very open to suggestions, and that applies to new staff too. The overall impression is of a keen and very slick team who want to be with the company. There have been some fun team building exercises online, all of which have made the team work better together. Overall, the company is very inclusive and enjoyable to work for.

Cons

I wouldn't really say there are any cons. There is a lot to learn, as per any new job. However, there is online guidance with step by step optimized workflows. You can learn as little or as much as you want in your own time. With that in mind, if you want to move faster with the company - the option is there for you to do so.

Pros

So far, my experience at Process Street has been really positive. The team is friendly, the people and operations side has been very supportive, and the onboarding process was smooth from the beginning. My manager has been clear with instructions and expectations, and he’s also supportive whenever I need resources or materials to do my work. That’s something I really appreciate. I also enjoy the remote work setup. It’s nice being part of a team that includes people from all over the world, and I think that diversity across cultures and time zones makes the company even better. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far and I’m excited to keep growing, building my career, and working with Process Street for the long term

Cons

I haven’t come across any significant cons yet.

Pros

I'm really happy that this position's a remote one because I won't do well getting criticized and judge all the time and confronted on my face disguised as a performance feedback! I do enjoy being in our team though, they're fun and we have groups chats and do meet ups from time to time.

Cons

The thing that made working here toxic was management's attitude of constantly comparing employees to another employee! It's exhausting to be compared when obviously, there's a lot of favoritism going on, blatantly supporting the other while others were basically ignored! I mean, don't expect us to be performing the same way when we're not provided the same amount of support, the tools, the training, and encouragement like the other did! It's like it's no brainer that the other is actually performing since that person gets a lot of attention, supported, which made him knowledgeable and confident in what he does!! And it actually looks kind of insane to be compared to someone who's getting everything when we don't even get a quarter of what he's getting!!

Thanks for being open about your experience. It’s tough to hear that you felt unsupported or that the feedback process didn't feel fair - that’s definitely not the environment we want to build. We’re looking into how we handle performance reviews and support our team so we can do better for everyone here. We appreciate you speaking up.
