Pros
During my tenure at ProSys, the engineering and sales teams consisted of solid individuals who were reliable. The hours were very flexible and the benefits weren't bad.
Cons
A rather selfish VP ruined it for everybody Nashville in 2009, and people started jumping ship. The replacement managers were puppets without a vision, and it was very clear that the company wasn't going to be going anywhere worth going.
