      This company is honestly one-of-a-kind. Management is helpful and open to collaboration any time of day. It's rare to work for a company where you have so many happy customers, and happy even coworkers. The company is growing through California, Puerto Rico, and Florida, along with the Virgin Islands.

      Amazing company to work for, I love that the number one priority is the customers best interest. Also the treatment of their employees is outstanding from day one

      Pros

      Does commercial and residential, and offers good products and has in house crews.

      Cons

      Commission are not handled professionally, it’s disorganized and sales reps are not paid as contracted and it’s hard to get help to get things cleared.
