The productivity bonuses are small carrots and the installers sometimes are denied a bonus that was impeded by bad logistics. Christmas bonus is laughable. Very few holidays are paid but the holidays that are paid are sometimes counted as 2 days ie. (Christmas & Christmas Eve).
