Pros

At first, there was a great opportunity to make a great commission and run your region.

Cons

Not sure where to begin. Originally the 100% commission was fine across all 3 Industries. Once the greed came about, the "we want it all attitude" things went downhill. Each Region split into 3, so 12 RM's to 36 RM's. Basically a huge pay cut for current RM's with no change to the owner-ships pockets. New RM's were given a small base salary when starting, then that was quickly taken away once they found that nobody new was producing or making any money. All expenses are paid by RM's, so if you consistently don't sell during travel weeks, you can end up owing the company money. You're given a company card for expenses so they gain the points, while you pay the way. Micro-management on a daily basis, recorded calls, tracked call volume, record video in building, track cars via gps, recorded video in all company cars...you get the picture as far as trust goes. Commissions are taken away, always needing to track your sales and your paycheck. Again, things used to be great until the greed kicked in. Now an entire Inside Sales Staff has been let go, more responsibilities on the RM's with no pay increase. (Yearly draw of $12k, if you exceed the $12k draw, you don't get a paycheck. You will be in the red right off the gate. You pay for Hotels, Gas, Meals etc., there are no reimbursements. Many positions open now that can't be filled due to those quitting after the first week. Ads still say opportunity for $100-150k a year which may of held true a year ago. You will be a "statistical" number, person in a chair to fill a seat.

Great company due to CEO and CFO. They lead with empowerment. Great performers are rewarded.

Cons

Recognize the opportunity for hybrid work across all areas of the business.

Pros

Supporting law enforcement by providing body cams and in-car video is the only positive about working for this company while under current leadership.

Cons

Don't be fooled- the "company car" they provide is not allowed to be driven unless you are traveling to a demo. They will not let you expense gas unless traveling to a demo. This car also is fitted with video and microphones. Current director listens to your personal conversations and tracks your vehicle when in use during the hours of 8am-5pm to ensure you're not using it for personal transportation. Expectation for a regional outside sales manager is that you're at your home address from the hours of 8am-5pm mon-fri unless traveling to a demo. Monitoring of your vehicle's GPS and in-car video is used to ensure this happens daily. Public Safety Divion has had 3 different directors in 2023. Turnover among regional sales manager and directors is alarming.
