Pros

Talented and supportive peers — I worked with some of the smartest, most committed colleagues in my career. Strong product-market fit in a growing industry. Compensation was competitive. Opportunities to make a real impact (if you could navigate the politics).

Cons

Leadership culture is toxic. Psychological safety is non-existent, and questioning decisions — even constructively — often led to retaliation or exclusion. Frequent turnover of high performers, especially women and underrepresented voices. Lack of accountability at the top: promotions seemed based on loyalty over results or integrity. Morale is consistently low due to fear-based management, siloed communication, and reactive decision-making. Their only goal is to sell the company. There is no emphasis on client or employee retention.

Pros

Straightforward & professional- New Leadership DSM- WEST COAST FIXED - One of the best Leaders. Strong alignment with the company’s mission and purpose Positive, people-focused culture that encourages collaboration and accountability Significant improvements and stability since new leadership took over Clearer direction, better processes, and more transparent communication under current management

Cons

The company faced a period of elevated turnover last year, largely tied to previous upper leadership decisions Since the leadership change, there has been a clear focus on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and retaining talent While change took time to stabilize, the new leadership team is successfully strengthening culture and long-term employee engagement

Pros

The pay is decent the travel is fun but gets old quick especially if you have a family

Cons

TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT read all the negative reviews they are true. I looked past them and accepted the job because it seemed like a dream opportunity well it was too good to be true and they micromanage you like no company I’ve ever seen. This company is run by fear it’s not inclusive and they do nothing to empower their employees
