      The pay is decent the travel is fun but gets old quick especially if you have a family

      TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT read all the negative reviews they are true. I looked past them and accepted the job because it seemed like a dream opportunity well it was too good to be true and they micromanage you like no company I’ve ever seen. This company is run by fear it’s not inclusive and they do nothing to empower their employees

      Valuable experience but toxic culture and favoritism

      Pros

      Opportunity to gain experience in B2B sales and territory management. Exposure to multi-state accounts and pipeline development. Product has a clear use case in certain industries.

      Cons

      Company culture was the most challenging I’ve experienced in my career. Lack of transparency and consistency in performance management. Decisions around retention and termination appeared to be influenced more by favoritism than measurable results. Leadership and management practices felt underhanded at times. Diversity efforts exist, but there is a noticeable lack of representation—particularly Black women. Poor handling of employee separations. After my departure, the company contested my unemployment claim. The case went to a tribunal, and the ruling was ultimately in my favor. This raised concerns about how employee separations are documented and communicated internally.
