-This is the worst company I have ever worked for. I left for a better company that doesn’t lie to both employees and customers. I quit and my review is not based on being terminated.
-No integrity and a general lack of ethics.
-Operational friction
-Horrible communication internally as well as with customers.
-They lie to customers- “only $5k guarantee one the industry” which is false. If you question them on this they dismiss it even with proof.
-Lie about the SLA which states they ping the cameras every five minutes to ensure they are operable. I had several customers experience losses and they were denied because their cameras hadn’t been working for an extended time.
-HR seems very confused about how the HR function is supposed to operate.
-They will find every possible way to try and short you on pay.
