      Pros

      Every day is different, no set schedule. hour flexibility, set your own schedule. if the company is busy you will make good money

      Cons

      your an independent driver, you pay for your fuel, repair cost, taxes. if your truck is not rolling you are not making any money. in the winter you can sit around for hours waiting for dispatch to send you work. Every season you will be required to buy a 200.00 package of new shirts weather you need them or not.

      Pros

      Full time benefits, smaller company so you know everyone, occasionally get free donuts ;), good Christmas bonus, CEO is very personable and cares for his employees, nice facility with updated technology. Standard M-F job with opportunity to work on Saturdays. Pay is good depending on experience.

      Cons

      Some employees are family and they can occasionally get away with some things. Working as a CSR, you can get burnt out pretty quick by just taking orders all day. Not enough drivers to cover order workload so customers get upset because their deliveries are late.
