Pros

The pay was worth it.

Cons

Upper management always talked down to the employees and rarely had anything good thing to say. A few employees are protected from any form of discipline because they're "loyal" to the company.

Pros

None to list if I'm being honest.

Cons

-Working with angry customer is exhausting day in and day out and management does little to protect the employees from harassment. -Upper team has extreme favoritism and rewards and promotes those they are related to, and their few select favorite employees. -Fox News constantly on the TVs and weird unprofessional political emails were never appreciated. -They had no HR for the majority of the time I was there, then hired within for an “HR” position. It was someone related to a person high up in the company. -Terrible work/life balance for over half the year. -EXTREMELY high turnover rate. WAY more than any company I've ever worked for.

Pros

You are a subcontractor and work by yourself most of the time.

Cons

The earnings potential they "claim" is nothing short of fraud, they nickel and dime you for expenses and it takes a significant chunk out of your earnings, a hostile work environment ran by a family that has little respect for it's workers. Don't believe the hype in one positive response as it was probably a family member.
