Dispatchers play favorites, need to max out your driving hours to make halfway decent money, they nickel and dime you for uniforms multiple times a year whether you need them or not, settlement events forcing you to go pick up a physical check instead of direct deposit a few times a year, company takes half of any fuel surcharge they add to run even though they don't pay a dime for your fuel.
