Pros
- amazing vibe and culture - a lot of additional perks like inhouse gym/ physio/ massage/lunch and snacks/ wolt vouchers / remote work setup -everyone was giving their 100% because people believed in the company and its mission, and the drive of others felt infective so you always wanted to give your best and improve yourself or the work you were doing
Cons
some of the teams were small so had limited career progression opportunities
