Very stingy with PTOs/Leaves especially Festival leaves High rate of attrition, few stay more than 3 years, lots of trainees, so a lot of emphasis to mentor and guide newbies Poor relationships between Department Teams (Many forget we are all part of the SAME company) HO teams get to choose what they want to work on and Indian teams get the leftovers No scope for learning new technologies or participating in interesting opportunities unless HO gives go ahead. And then there's still a lot of interference. Absolutely no respect for BAs or QAs. Very developer-centric environment. Micro-management from HO and Indian managers on work items
