Pros

A lot of these reviews are skewed really hard both ways. One, of people who are obviously current employees trying to give the company a good name, and the other those who are bitter that they did not have the motivation to do what was needed. I liked Primus. The people there were good people, and the atmosphere was good. The job was what you made it. You could make as much money as you wanted and could grow and get promoted as much as you were willing to work. The path is there.

Cons

The majority is door to door. If you can't walk around for 6 hours a day, don't do it. If you need to have a safety net that provides for you even if you aren't working to your full potential, don't do it. The job can suck sometimes, as you can imagine anything that has door to door does, but it can be good.

Pros

Team environment was amazing. I learned more at this job than I ever expected and would recommend anyone considering this job to keep an open mind and see where hard work can get you!

Cons

None, best place i've ever worked (left due to personal/family circumstances)

Pros

Primus Management Group taught me that working hard pays off. This company promotes on performance and, in doing so, forces an individual to develop a certain level of confidence necessary to succeed in any sales company. Because of the way the business is structured i was able to develop strong communication and leadership skills that have allowed me to progress throughout my career. The culture was amazing. Team oriented and fun in the office with team activities planned throughout the week. Everyone seemed motivated by the success of others which is something that i was extremely attracted to. Primus also gives an individual plenty of opportunities to travel. Throughout my time there i was invited to attend leadership conferences in Dallas and Philadelphia, go on business trips to NYC and Washington DC, we had a holiday party in at Atlantic city and i was even invited to a getaway in Cancun. Keep in mind that most of these trips were incentives rewarded to those who put in the work, but even with that this shows that hard work does in fact pay off. This job was a great first opportunity out of college and, even though i ended pursuing other ventures in an outside industry, i have nothing but respect for those that succeed with Cory and his team.

Cons

The hours are longer than your typical 40 hour work week (46-50)
