Pros

The culture at this job is like no other. I made relationships with people that stay strong after my experience. Cory is an amazing leader and is upfront and honest with everyone who applies. This is a job that will reward you for how hard you work. For people with an entrepreneurial personality, this is the job for you. For anyone looking to get into sales, this experience teaches you skills that you will not learn anywhere else. A lot of incentives for doing well ( prizes, vacations, obviously a bigger paycheck).I could go on and on saying good things about my experience but at the end of the day I recommenced it 100%.

Cons

Straight up this job is not for everyone. People who are lazy will not last and post negative reviews to steer other candidates away from an opportunity they couldn't succeed at.

Pros

Primus Management Group taught me that working hard pays off. This company promotes on performance and, in doing so, forces an individual to develop a certain level of confidence necessary to succeed in any sales company. Because of the way the business is structured i was able to develop strong communication and leadership skills that have allowed me to progress throughout my career. The culture was amazing. Team oriented and fun in the office with team activities planned throughout the week. Everyone seemed motivated by the success of others which is something that i was extremely attracted to. Primus also gives an individual plenty of opportunities to travel. Throughout my time there i was invited to attend leadership conferences in Dallas and Philadelphia, go on business trips to NYC and Washington DC, we had a holiday party in at Atlantic city and i was even invited to a getaway in Cancun. Keep in mind that most of these trips were incentives rewarded to those who put in the work, but even with that this shows that hard work does in fact pay off. This job was a great first opportunity out of college and, even though i ended pursuing other ventures in an outside industry, i have nothing but respect for those that succeed with Cory and his team.

Cons

The hours are longer than your typical 40 hour work week (46-50)
