Pros

They are an upbeat team that boosts each other’s confidence. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

It’s a scam. They reel in recent grads saying you’ll have a marketing position or even internship and learn direct marketing, PR, etc. they also attract you by saying they love to give recent grads a shot. What they really need to say is “DOOR 2 DOOR SALES NO GROWTH 58 HOURS A WEEK” you get one day off. You work for minimum wage and it’s a complete scam. You are not applying for a marketing position you are applying for a sales job that work from 11-9:30 and on saturdays 10-5. You make 550 a week and pray you make more than 5 sales because if you don’t you are only receiving 550 a week on top of loans, car payments, apartment bills, and SAY GOODBYE to your social life. Do not fall for it.

Pros

Primus Management Group taught me that working hard pays off. This company promotes on performance and, in doing so, forces an individual to develop a certain level of confidence necessary to succeed in any sales company. Because of the way the business is structured i was able to develop strong communication and leadership skills that have allowed me to progress throughout my career. The culture was amazing. Team oriented and fun in the office with team activities planned throughout the week. Everyone seemed motivated by the success of others which is something that i was extremely attracted to. Primus also gives an individual plenty of opportunities to travel. Throughout my time there i was invited to attend leadership conferences in Dallas and Philadelphia, go on business trips to NYC and Washington DC, we had a holiday party in at Atlantic city and i was even invited to a getaway in Cancun. Keep in mind that most of these trips were incentives rewarded to those who put in the work, but even with that this shows that hard work does in fact pay off. This job was a great first opportunity out of college and, even though i ended pursuing other ventures in an outside industry, i have nothing but respect for those that succeed with Cory and his team.

Cons

The hours are longer than your typical 40 hour work week (46-50)
