Thank you for your feedback. As with any organization and rapidly-growing business, Primitive Social is not the right fit for everyone. Team members who are dedicated to the success of their peers, clients and personal goals thrive in our collaborative yet fast- paced environment. We are transparent about where we’ve been and where we’re headed with each and every employee and have never been more confident in the team members and clients we have on board as we continue down our path of growth and great success. Our employees always have and always will be our most valuable and important asset.

Amazing work culture. The team is relatively small and I think thats what makes it so good working there

Cons

Pros

Remote work and friendly culture

Cons

They move people around like a jigsaw puzzle but no one is really all that qualified to do anything. Unfortunately the culture is a Lubbock (smaller town) clique and a little bit of a joke. They think they're primed for the "big leagues" but can't see the forest for the trees. It's hard to take many people seriously here once you see past the "happy culture" facade - if you're serious about growing in your profession, you're better off finding somewhere else to work if you can.
