Pros

In my experience, PrimeVigilance shows a genuine commitment to both its employees and clients. Despite encountering some negative feedback online, my perspective remains positive. Let me share a closer look at my time with PrimeVigilance. It’s been an educational journey, with the company fostering an environment conducive to professional advancement. My colleagues are seasoned professionals, brimming with knowledge. The workforce at PrimeVigilance is incredibly varied, encompassing everyone from pharmacovigilance specialists to data analysts, all contributing their distinct talents and knowledge. Our operations span the globe, and we collaborate effortlessly to maintain drug safety internationally. The exchange of ideas and joint efforts are crucial in our line of work. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful individuals here, and many ex-employees would agree that the people at PrimeVigilance are the highlight of their experience. The operational leadership team is a vibrant and dynamic group. There’s a culture of perpetual learning here, with opportunities to delve into various pharmacovigilance domains, keeping abreast of regulatory updates, or becoming proficient in the latest technologies. At PrimeVigilance, the pursuit of knowledge is a constant endeavor.

Cons

Every company that is growing fast, as PrimeVigilance is, faces issues with constant changes, which can be challenging to keep up with for some employees. If a fast-paced environment is not something you’re accustomed to, then this may not be the right fit for you. The drive to grow and succeed as a company can result in longer working hours for employees, but that is usually limited period of time.

Pros

Some good people who understand PV.

Cons

Senior leadership does not support or any kind of guidance. Overloads their project managers and expects the PMs to do everything. The PMs are held responsible for teams with no training and no support from their leaders or line managers. PMs are expected to be subject matter experts in all areas of PV instead of the departments. PMs are more administrative than project managers.
