Pros
PrimePay's "extra degree" mission statement is what inspired me to join the team and going the extra mile is easy to do when I know that my work is appreciated! The people I work with, coworkers and clients, make every day enjoyable. I really appreciate that the company encourages interaction between the departments and because of that, I know that if I ever have a question or problem, I can count on getting the assistance or solution that I need.
PrimePay also encourages promotions and hiring from within, so employees know that if their current position is not the perfect fit, other opportunities are available.
Cons
I wish we had a bullet point overview of each department, just so that everyone could give a quick look see at what the other people in the company do.
