Pros

Decent first customer service position. Management is nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Low pay, little opportunity for growth, declining company, lack of incentives or pay increases. The workload was constantly increased while wages stayed stagnant. The company is struggling financially which resulted in major layoffs.

Pros

Good entry level position, perfect to prepare you for your CDCES

Cons

Very few, but sometimes felt like they thought we were highschoolers instead of professionals. We were given lectures about getting our coffee before clocking in, and other knit-picky things way too often.

Pros

They offer health insurance benefits early on to encourage people to stay. They are trying to come up with creative ways to engage the team mentality. employees are very friendly.

Cons

Work flow is constantly changing, they say they hear your voice but they really dont. Its all about the number even though they say its not. They get employees in trouble if they talk or even if the cell phone is out. But yet some of the supervisors are always wondering around the call center talking and laughing, but if someone laughs they go and say why arent they working. They're constantly on their phones.
