      Doesn't matter how useless you are they will hire you.

      Very bad management, favoritism, bullying, too much unnecessary pressure in the workers, specialy if you are a hard worker, they will make you do everything so managers, leaders and their friends can be lazy and have fun while you suffer. They will treat you like you are nothing, and if you try to complain you will see how head office protects their managers only and the rest of the staff are numbers, disposable. You will feel worthless. Long hours when they need you and cutting hours when they don't. I have work in different shops and they are all very similar, it is a toxic enviroment, Never in my life I have seen so many different coworkers cry in the job. Avoid!

      My experience working at Pret A Manger as a Team Leader was extremely stressful. During the hiring process, I was told I would have at least one weekend day off, but that promise was not kept. The workload was overwhelming. The company frequently operated while short-staffed, and there was constant pressure to work double shifts. The pay did not reflect the level of responsibility expected of a Team Leader. Another issue was the work culture. If you called out sick or needed time off, there was often pressure to come in, even on your scheduled days off. I also did not enjoy the location where I worked, and I did not feel that the company valued or respected its employees.

      You get free food the only good part of working here.
