      Pros

      Prescryptive really is poised to change the pharmaceutical marketplace. The product is good and the founders really are coming from the right place and intent. People working there are smart and motivated.

      Cons

      The growth strategy is almost entirely employer, B2B. Because of this, basic fundamental usability is often deprioritized over custom requests by potential clients. This leads to an incredibly reactive and inefficient software development approach

      The pay rate was okish

      Cons

      1. Wrongfully listed as "contractors" when aren't actually contractors - the company still dictate your schedule including breaks - which my definition makes you an employee without benefits. 2. They are terrible with paying "contractors" on a consistent schedule.
