Tutors are rarely held accountable and it’s not fair for operations to take on the burden of a problem that could have been prevented. *To clarify, most of the people that work at PM are great individuals, but there are a select few that make the job not worthwhile.

Someone is always taking on more tasks, but numbers/statistics do not mean a thing and are rarely addressed.
