Pros

Very great company to work for. Though the colleagues were very intelligent tutors everyone was very kind and friendly. You could always ask questions and get an answer without feeling intimidated. The owner was very generous with benefits and free snacks and coffee in the office. The holiday parties were also a plus.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of any cons.

Pros

Vibrant people with a desire to serve.

Cons

I've waited to write this review and I feel it's time. During my time at PM, I loved the support once given to Ops and what I thought was given to all departments. Imagine my suprise when I learned of some amazing people being let go who helped so much during my time there. There's an air of superiority from the parents that trickles down from management. Ego made this a tough place to work. I'm told morale is low and people are afraid to speak up even more now. I agree with previous posts here that new ideas are often looked down upon. There's no room for growth. If you're someone with an admin background looking for a cool place to work, skip this place. It's not worth the stress. Plus paying for parking every day was a nightmare.

Thanks for writing. You are right: the parents we work with can have very high expectations when it comes to their children's education, and we will always hope to match their commitment to their child's future. I wish you success in your new pursuits and, yes, parking in Bethesda is a drag.
