I've waited to write this review and I feel it's time.
During my time at PM, I loved the support once given to Ops and what I thought was given to all departments. Imagine my suprise when I learned of some amazing people being let go who helped so much during my time there. There's an air of superiority from the parents that trickles down from management. Ego made this a tough place to work. I'm told morale is low and people are afraid to speak up even more now. I agree with previous posts here that new ideas are often looked down upon. There's no room for growth. If you're someone with an admin background looking for a cool place to work, skip this place. It's not worth the stress. Plus paying for parking every day was a nightmare.
