Pros

Learned a lot about the marketing and advertising industries, gained skills of the digital marketing world, learned how to work in a business environment, great writing skills learned that I will use going forward in the marketing/public relations realm. Great group of people-very welcoming and kind.

Cons

City environment was a bit distracting at times, short lunch break, had to bring my own computer.

Your feedback is crucial for our continuous improvement, and we value it highly. Our leadership is always keen to engage with interns, setting aside time several times a day for open discussions. These sessions are a valuable resource for gaining insights and advice.

TAKE THIS REVIEW WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. There intent is to harm our business, and we factually dispute. We have worked with more than 100 students in what has been considered an elite internship program by university college counselors. We are aware of the specific individual by name who wrote this. This intern was falling behind rather quickly. We tried repeatedly with 1 on 1 coaching with three different employees to help, while slowing down the work pace. The individual had a near full-time job while doing the internship. We provided flexibility with said person's hours. Within the first month, the person QUIT. They did not stick it out, they did not take responsibility for their short comings. We do not express dissatisfaction, we know that mentoring and coaching is a critical part of our internship program. We want our interns to be successful and walk out of the internship with proven deliverables. Instead, we received an email resigning. Shame. We both failed I guess. We will avoid putting the individual's name details here.
