The non management are nice people and a laugh so are seniors. Lead consultants up are just all about themselves and talk down to everyone.
Cons
Worst retention rate at any company i've been at. 4-5 people there have been there over a year the rest last 6 weeks based on stupid targets that aren't hit as people make aimless calls as they are scared they will get shown up in front of everyone. The training is horrendous. If you need help its just the same basic answer that someone with 2 months experience could figure out. The Top 100 TImes list is laughable. It s known that the forms are sent on the be doctored by the Management. 6th best in the UK - YOU ARE HAVING A LAUGH. Even the people in the office found that hysterical, and whats worse is the directors believe it! Work life balance???? non existent. You are expected to be at a client event until 1am and in again at 8. It amazes me that people on here have given it a 5 out of 5! Even more so because they moan more than anyone when the bosses aren't in
