      Pros

      They removed my chair as my call times weren't high enough. It was humiliating and degrading. Working 12 hour days removes any sense of a work life balance. Commission takes forever to come in. Complicated commission structure. Aggressive, bullying style of management.

      Cons

      The team is good and we get on well. I suppose all we bond as we're all in the same boat. Office is in a good location.
