Pros

Precon Events is a dynamic and supportive place to work. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee development and well-being. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile and creative events, which keeps the work exciting and rewarding. Collaboration is a big part of the culture, and it’s inspiring to be surrounded by colleagues who are passionate, driven, and generous with their time and expertise. The company also values innovation and is always looking for ways to improve systems and processes, which makes it feel like our voices matter.

Cons

Like any event-based work, timelines can be fast-paced, especially close to major events. But if you're someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, it's actually a big plus.

Pros

Onboarding process Some of Staff was nice and inclusive to new people

Cons

- Salary low balled, but backed up with empty promises of advancement, bonus and raises that never happen. - Extreme nepotism as entire family works there - most who do not have the skillset to be in the positions they are in, leaving everyone else to clean up the mess - Poor planning / budgeting and staffing on events - leaving staff expected to work 23 hour days to execute the production. and dozens of hours of unnecessary overtime heaped on the staff and clients. - More interested in how things look pretty vs. the client and viewer experience, leaving a lot of unhappy customers that the staff has to pacify. - management not open to new ideas and experience - party animals - lots of drinking, weed and talking smack about the ladies - no customer service - interested in feeding their own egos vs. giving the clients what they need or want. - staff is highly overworked, stressed and under paid -Onboarding process was great. Although interest in your well being faded very quickly after the first two weeks. - They feel threatened by high performers with experience - HIGH turnover. Anyone with true experience in the business has been let go.
