      Pros

      It was fun to participate in real engineering solving technical problems and working to advance the company's success. There was some latitude for creativity. It was a good startup-business learning experience.

      Cons

      Communication between management and employees was poor. The financial status of the company was never clearly conveyed.

      Great team management skill, they allocated work based on logical process's. Pay was good with room to increase with they commission related pay.

      Cons

      The work season wasn't long enough, though not their faults there was other areas that held up their progression.
