      Peer feedback and radical transparency is used for passive-aggressive behavior. No work structure. Leadership has little respect or appreciation for employees. Very toxic work environment.

      Benefits and working at home.

      Cons

      Terrible toxic work environment. Value of being candid means the ELT talks down to you and uses profanity. No work life balance. Middle managers have it the worst. CEO thinks he is always right and employees are afraid to say otherwise. Leadership needs lessons in being strong leaders vs leaders that everyone is afraid of.
