I applied to the role over a month ago and finally got an email from the recruiter to schedule an interview. They have you sign an NDA before the interview. I only had an initial interview with the Accounting Director and she seemed very disengaged and the interview felt rushed. Based on the conversation, it did not seem like a place with a positive culture. Also, after the initial interview, if they decided to move forward, there was going to be additional 5 interviews in the process which was ridiculous. They never got back to me regarding next steps or at least a rejection and the role remains opened for months.
Two initial meetings with Human Resources. Meeting with the Vice President of the department and the future manager. Easy communication. Overall, a very smooth and concise process that went quickly.

Interview
I immediately connected with the people there and spoke with multiple team members. I was asked thoughtful questions. My questions were answered.
The role was put on hold. We stayed connected for 2 years. I did consultant work thereafter and just recently joined as a full-time employee.
