Toxic Culture - Anonymous Praxis (MA) Employee Review

Extremely fast paced - for no apparent reason sometimes. They try using agile methodology to hold teams accountable to their deliverables but it just creates more work and is time consuming. The C-Suite leadership team makes major business decisions based on emotions and lacks impulse controls. Studies are operationally out of control daily. Bullying and verbal abuse is systemic. They hide behind the value of promoting candor but in reality it is just plain bullying. Work-Life balance is non-existent. (Even the CEO informs the company it doesn't exist. )
