Pros
Growing company with a supportive team and management, all team members are treated equally with equal weight placed on recommendations (etc.) to improve processes and an openness from management to implement them. Very healthy work life balance and a WFH centric work policy - good benefits(health insurance and pension), great holidays(these were increased during my time at the company), annual reviews, Christmas voucher - management genuinely cares about making Practice Evolve a great place to work.
Cons
No real cons from my perspective, the legal domain can take a little while to get to know but the support is available within Practice Evolve to bridge this knowledge gap.
