Pros

If you read the other Fugazzy reviews that were probably written by management; everything. The training is definitely top notch and you can learn from it. It's intense and will challenge you emotionally and mentally. People that work there are cool, but rarely does anyone last very long once they realize it's a sham

Cons

No work-life balance, no base salary, no travel reimbursement, they don't live up to what they say. They say they don't sub-contract, but that's all they do. They make you learn scripts to brain wash potential customers and use scripts on you to brainwash you into believing their BS. The job sucks! Those who supposedly make all this money also spend easily $1,000 a month on gas and tolls and increasing their car insurance to the absurd standards they demand to make themselves free of any liability should you get into an accident on the road. It's the only job you'll ever have that you make a sale and it will cancel for no apparent reason. They make false statistics of what they say will happen, but the truth is there is not enough work to go around. They are having major problems with the marketing and setting "solid" appointments. Management are all good sales people that will sway you into believing the BS, but do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. Unless you are ready to work Monday-Saturday and not make any money, by all means enjoy

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
