Pros

Opportunities to advance based off of work performance High earning potential Open and honest communication Power cares greatly about their employees and consistently makes that evident The people within the company make the work environment amazing, making it so that I look forward to going into work

Cons

We work on off hours, much of the time while others are not working, I.e. nights and weekends. I feel this is balanced out though, as a remodeling consultant I generally work considerably less than 40 hours a week

Pros

A company that doesn’t just list core values and post them on the walls of the office. From executive level all the way down to each office everyone lives by them. A people first company that actually means it. I started over 5 years ago and have been fortunate to be able to attend many conferences and trainings in many other territories across the country. The relationships and partnerships I’ve been able to build via these opportunities are incredibly beneficial to my day to day.

Cons

Can be highly demanding and depending on your position might be working sun up to sun down.

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
