Pros

Pay is good 1000 every 2 weeks after taxes its like 775 And co workers can be cool You get decent training

Cons

The hours, prepare to give away your social life to this job you get to the office at 10 and have meeting till 12 then go door to door asking people to get a "free estimate" untill 8 or 9 at night then you go back to the office and have to bullcrap around with the vp for another hour The selfishness of the managers they dont care how many appointments are set in their van as long as every one sets 1 they still get their bonus Its is hard to bonus it all comes down to the sales person to do a good job so you can bonus You work in the rain Extreme heat or snow. If your haveing a good week you may hear a good job if you are doing bad you will deff hear about it They lie to you in the interview they dont tell you its door to door job with long hours

Pros

A company that doesn’t just list core values and post them on the walls of the office. From executive level all the way down to each office everyone lives by them. A people first company that actually means it. I started over 5 years ago and have been fortunate to be able to attend many conferences and trainings in many other territories across the country. The relationships and partnerships I’ve been able to build via these opportunities are incredibly beneficial to my day to day.

Cons

Can be highly demanding and depending on your position might be working sun up to sun down.

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
