Pros

A relaxed atmosphere, camaraderie between co-workers, professionalism, and the willingness to help eachother out whenever needed would be hands down some of the best reasons to work for this company. These seemingly four simple reasons, creates an excited and satisfying atmosphere in which to work.

Cons

One of the downsides, refering strictly to my position with the company, is that I assist customers that are not completely satified with our installation or have issues that relate to their warranty. My job is fix and resolve any of the issues; as Power stands behind their products and warranty 100%. Mentally, this can be a daunting task, dealing with less than happy homeowners on a consistant basis. While the vast majority of our jobs flow flawlessly beginning to end, dealing with the much smaller fraction of unhappy homeowners can potentally be a downside.

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
