Pros
As the company transitions to the new digital marketing age, there are lots of opportunities for those with digital skill sets. I personally work for a positive director with a great work ethic.
Cons
With change, the business is struggling to adapt its processes, systems, and approach. Most employees are left in the dark with product knowledge outside of the traditional print services.
