      - insane workload - 50+ hours / week for most AM's - leadership does not consistently follow through on promised bonus compensation - no opportunity for growth - recognition and advancement may feel influenced more by politics than measurable impact or results

      - Incredibly kind and respectful culture with people who have a great sense of humor and genuine interest in your wellbeing - Departments work well together and growth is very healthy - Managers have a good praise to constructive criticism ratio and great delivery of both - Flexible vacation time, fully remote with optional on-sites, and good benefits
