It’s not the teams’ fault, but work is pushed to them without much prior thought. There’s a knowledge gap about team responsibilities. - The mindset of “If it’s working, why modify?” - The above mindset also applies on salary growth and attractiveness of the company. - Restricted deal on a specific telecom service. Actually they've reduced advantages for new employees* since 2022 - Skilled employees are leaving. Newcomers lack experience or proper training, leading to poor early-career decisions. This is a workplace issue. - Sometimes lack of overall communication on a Telecommunication company. - You do need patience at sometimes
