Post Group interview questions

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus se composait de 2 entretiens. Le premier était avec mon responsable direct et ensuite un second entretien avec les RH. Le temps entre les 2 entretiens était d'environ 2 semaines.

Your misandventure with Post starts with a a phone call during which you are told that the only chance you have to be interviewed is either on the same day of the said phone call or nothing, no matter if you are busy at you current job. At the interview you will meet a band of cyborgs showing no emotions whatsoever, whose only goal during the session is to put you down, to make you contradict yourself and eventually be constantly interrupted by silly things like "30 seconds ago you said you do not like ice-cream". Their basic assumption is that you suck and you are a liar. Their "technical expert" will laugh in your face and counterargue whatever you say with embarassingly lame/wrong arguments showing lack of basic knowledge and education. You will spend your time with him being crushed over by his arrogance and listening to his bragging about his achievements which are not available on the internet but only to a "restricted, private circle of audience". LOL. If you thought that your grumpy grandfather who thinks he knows everything was the most irritating person on Earth, well, you will find your interview at Post quite of a revelation. This person will conclude his session with "you think you are an expert but you are not". Their HR department should change name to "Dishuman Resources" or "Animal Resources" for the way they treat people that is, just like the way they handle their envelopes. You will ask for a glass of water, you will be given a small bottle and you will be told to drink it outside once the interview ends, in order to save time (the same person arrived 15 late at the interview). I am pretty sure that if you apply for a position at a slaughter house you will be better received. Their self-claimed "talent acquisition" guy could not recognize a talent not even if recommended by the MIT. They will neither get back to you with any feedback nor provide you with a response for weeks, systematically ignoring all your emails. At the end of the day you will feel so dirty that you will start wondering whether you have been the victim of rape or scam. SURREAL. Do not waste your time with these people, enjoy your life.
