Pros

- Lots of options to move of position in the same company (but it can take 3 years for it) - good benefits - location

Cons

- extremely poor recruitment, they can hire a "senior" that has actually only age as a senior (from what I hear this is a common issue on Luxembourg) - salaries between colleagues can be much different for doing the same... - old business culture

Pros

- Opportunity for wage discussion - Tax-free meal costs - Friendly work environment - Supportive atmosphere, with proactive assistance even for incidents occurring beyond work hours. - Opportunities for personal growth through training sessions. - Exclusive deal on specific telecommunication services - Right to disconnect. - Acknowledgement at a specific tier. - Drinking water dispenser

Cons

- Disorganized leadership at times. Product ideas aren’t seen as potential tailored offerings but given for free. Yet, obvious freebies are classified as products. - No clear understanding of backlog operations. Overpromising without recognizing the effort in backlog work and maintenance. It’s not the teams’ fault, but work is pushed to them without much prior thought. There’s a knowledge gap about team responsibilities. - The mindset of “If it’s working, why modify?” - The above mindset also applies on salary growth and attractiveness of the company. - Restricted deal on a specific telecom service. Actually they've reduced advantages for new employees* since 2022 - Skilled employees are leaving. Newcomers lack experience or proper training, leading to poor early-career decisions. This is a workplace issue. - Sometimes lack of overall communication on a Telecommunication company. - You do need patience at sometimes
