Pros
individual pools to lifeguard,, supplied all necessary equipment such uniform and all and mad it easy to get re certified. Management always had your back when dealing with a patron
Cons
Supivisors only every saw you for a few minuetes a day and would say you did everthing wron in those few minutes forgetting you where on the ball for the other 8 hours. Sometimess long drives to the pools and long hours on weekeds . have to work weekends
