Pros

You get to work on your own.

Cons

Below minimum wage pay for full time work Long unpaid hours working in extreme weather Many supervisors micromanaging everything you do via text Big brother monitoring your driving habits constantly Zero appreciation for the work you do Rampant racism Belittlement, unwarranted verbal abuse, back stabbing and LIES LIES LIES No promotions No Raises Pay Per Pool, not salary or Hourly work. Severe wage deductions for everything. Inadequate safety equipment and training Zero applicable training on problem solving pool problems. Breathing Chlorine gas on a daily basis Not being able to afford food or child care after paying your utility bills Working in 110 degree weather and being told you may not use your trucks AC Not being able to take a lunch break without falling behind on your route Being told to urinate and defecate in your customers back yards instead of a bathroom There are more cons to list but if you haven't gotten the point yet you deserve to work at Poolman Blue star capped bonus pay for defrauding customers for parts and repairs. Zero communication about important issues in and out of the office.
