You are constantly surrounded by top-tier professionals. Working alongside such smart, capable colleagues naturally pushes you to level up your own skills every day. The company’s ability to pivot when necessary is unmatched. We don't get bogged down by rigid, outdated processes; instead, we respond to changes instantly and effectively.

Because we adapt and innovate so incredibly fast, it can create unique challenges. Priorities shift quickly, and you have to be comfortable with change. If you prefer a highly predictable, slow, moving environment, the speed of our growth might feel overwhelming at times,but for the right person, it’s also what makes it exciting.

Polly is an incredible place to work if you have the right mindset. High impact, fast pace, self starter. It is not for complacent people that want an easy ride. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews because I'm personally very excited about our current direction. I do think the leadership team is intense but speaking as someone that had previously picked up the slack for people that are no longer here, I'm happy to see recent internal adjustments and better alignment from the top. The bar here is high. You have to want to win to be here and laziness/complacency stands out like a sore thumb. But if you want to really influence change, you can do that here.
