Pros
The culture here is genuinely strong and moves at an extremely fast pace, if you thrive on speed and ownership, you'll feel right at home. The product is excellent, with a sticky, defensible moat that sets it apart in the market. It solves real problems in a way that isn't easily commoditized, and I'd argue it's the kind of product that AI would have a very hard time replacing or replicating. That durability is a big part of why I'm bullish on where things are headed. There have been some more negative reviews lately, and I think that's a reflection of Polly being at an inflection point rather than a sign of decline. From where I sit, this inflection point is a net positive. New leadership is coming in soon, and I believe they'll raise and reset the bar in a way that pushes the company forward.
Cons
Communication could be tighter across the org. The biggest opportunity is better aligning company-level goals with individual roles and priorities, when people can clearly see how their work ladders up to the bigger picture, both engagement and execution improve.
